NEED TO KNOW For bookings of 28 nights or more one obligatory monthly cleaning is included. Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a deposit before check-in. Our private pool is being maintained once or twice per week by trusted staff. We kindly ask you to cooperate in letting them access the roof top pool during your stay. RATES: Prices vary depending on the season. Weekly and monthly discounts are already included in our pricing. Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number (if you arrive by plane), when making an enquiry / reservation. Check-in is anytime from 4:00 PM onwards. If you arrive by the early evening hours we have a dedicated staff member showing you the property and answering any questions you may have. We will send you a guide providing plenty of top tips—best restaurants, events, and points of interest in the area—for you to explore the city like a local.
