Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number (if you arrive by plane), when making an enquiry / reservation. Check-in is anytime from 4:00 PM onwards. If you arrive by the early evening hours we have a dedicated staff member showing you the property and answering any questions you may have. We will try to meet you at least once during your stay, preferably at checkin to show you the property, amenities as well as assist with any questions you may have. Otherwise we will stick to ourselves. Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in.
